    As Head of Department, you will manage Danshells overall property portfolio; you will ensure compliance; planned and reactive maintenance and Development and continued building management.

    You will be the Estates Management lead for the organization providing advice to Central Support Office and Service Managers and their staff.


    • Building and Estate Management
    • Operating and maintaining the Danshell Estate as fully functioning and prestigious healthcare facilities
    • Ensure that the buildings are maintained to the highest possible standards at all times and that the building infrastructure and fabric are robustly protected and cared for
    • Ensure the Estate is compliant with the requirements of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 and relevant Healthcare publications relating to the private healthcare sector
    • Provide support and advice to the Senior Management Team and Executive Team on Estates matters.
    • Provide support and advice to Service Managers on Estates matters
    • Management of the planned maintenance schedules
    • Implementation and management of the capital expenditure programme
    • Maintenance of property records, including statutory inspections and legal documents
    • Provide effective management of staff operating within the Central Support Office Estates team
    • Provide information for Board reports and associated documents.


    Degree level (or equivalent) in building, engineering or facilities related disciplines and/or equivalent experience with demonstrable experience working at a senior level in relevant industry sector(s).

    Travel to Danshell services would be essential.
